Hello and welcome to my personal website. I am an educational linguist, working at The University of Montana, USA, as an Assistant Professor of Arabic langauge/linguistics. I am also a curriculum developer in the process of writing first textbook on the sounds and letters of Arabic based on phonological awareness. My hobbies include web, graphic, and layout design.   • Currently developing Arabic language instructional materials on the sounds and letters of Arabic, which include a textbook, a teacher's book and an interactive DVD;
  • Participated in the Arabic Foreign Language Assistance Program (FLAP) in Washington, D.C., representing The University of Montana as the higher education partner with the Missoula County Public Schools - October 2010.
  • Attended and presented at the STARTALK Post-program conference in Atlanta - October 2010.
